Reformer Pilates Instructor Training Course

This is an industry recognised accreditation that allows you to safely plan, prepare and teach effective Reformer Pilates sessions in your own inspired style to groups or on a 1:1 basis. 

Entry requirements: You myust be able to:

  1. Fully attend all training dates of your course
  2. Use Word (*or be willing to learn google docs - we will help you) to complete the worksheets and plans for your course.
  3. Attend and log 5 x Pilates Reformer classes before or during your course
  4. Participate fully as this course will require physical exertion.

Reformer Course Structure

This course is taught in a studio, LIVE, where you will receive a hard copy manual. You MUST be able to fully attend all 4 training days to receive your certificate, accredited by Focus Awards.

  • Welcome and onboarding

  • Unit 1: Fundamentals of Pilates

  • Unit 2: Getting to grips with a reformer

  • Unit 3: Introduction to reformer exercises

  • Unit 4: The Key to Planning Reformer Classes

  • Unit 5: Delivering a Beginner Reformer Classes

  • Bonus: 3 x beginner classes in your back pocket to help you when you first start out

Pilates Reformer Training Dates

Training is over 3 consecutive days (Friday to Sunday). Simply select the course and venue that suits you.

  • 5 to 7 December 2025: Liverpool St Helens

  • 20 to 22 March 2026: Liverpool St Helens

  • 29 to 31 May 2026: Liverpool St Helens

  • 24 to 26 July 2026: Liverpool St Helens

  • 25 to 27 September 2026: Liverpool St Helens

  • 27 to 29 November 2026: Liverpool St Helens

This is an adult learning course which will lead you to running your own business. The independence starts here with our unlimited support structure to facilitate your journey.

You must be 18+ to sign up to this course. You must hold a Pilates L3 Qualification or be doing this course with Synergise Me. You must be 100% complete within 12 months of starting your course, thereafter you will incur a monthly fee of £49.99 per month for 1 further year.
