As this is an adult learning course, it is your responsibility to ensure that:

  • You are 18+ when signing up to a course

  • You meet the entry requirements for the course of interest

  • You are responsible to staying on track with your learning and tutor communication

  • You are aware that the course can be online only, live only or blended

  • You are responsible for completing your course within 12-months.

  • You are aware that we offer 14-day refund policy thereafter no refund is available

  • We highly recommend that prior to signing up to a course you jump on a call to discuss all expectations of the course

  • We value face to face learning to help you become a great instructor, so make sure you can attend all of the training days

  • Training and Assessments are included, No hidden costs

Additional Costs

There are no hidden fees. All fees are included in the cost of your course with the exception of:

  • Referral of practical assessments needing reassessment (Live: £75; Video: £50);

  • Extensions past 12 month completion time-frame will enter you into a contract of (£49.99 per month) until completion

  • If you exceed a further 12 months of extension (totalling 24 months) you will be required to enrol and start your course again with full payment.

Refund Policy

14-Day Money Back Guarentee

We offer a full refund within 14 days of signing up to a course with Synergise Me Ltd, thereafter you will not be eligible for a refund. Please note if you attend live training within the 14 days you will not be eligible for a full refund. This is communicated on the form prior to attending the live training days. If you experience financial difficulties after the 14-days, we can look to lower or spread the costs over a longer time frame, so please get in touch with Lara 07977939263 asap or jump on a call.
