I am a full time mum, studying a level 3 qualification in sports massage therapy part time. Lara has been teaching me not only about massage but also how to run a business.

I started my Pilates Instructor Training with Synergise Me after my online training company went into liquidation. I met Lara teaching in David Lloyd and loved her style and delivery. When Lara explained she was a teacher and assessor I didn’t hesitate to sigh up to her company. I had a wealth of information from the website, face to face coaching and the ability to book a call / WhatsApp when I had a problem/question. I qualified in 2023 after 6 months training. The process was seamless and stress free. I now teach for independent studios, David Lloyd and Nuffield, and am organising retreats for 2024. Thank you Lara and Synergise Me for making my ambition to become a Pilates instructor a reality. I can’t recommend this company enough.

Massage was never going to be a career for me it was something I did to help me personally with mental health and I very soon realised how therapeutic massage was not just as a client but as a therapist also. I love learning and being in the learning setting and my overall aim would be to help others as I was helped.

How are your courses delivered?
Blended learning approach where the online modules are completed before you attend the live face to face coaching.

Where do they run?
In Liverpool and St Albans and we are also happy to run bespoke courses at your venue if you have training needs.

Do you offer payment Plans
Yes we offer 0% Payment Plans as well as Promt Payment Plans. Payments need to be complete by the time you finish your course and certificates are issued once full payment has been received.

Who are our teachers
You will be learning from Experienced Teachers running their own Businesses or Managing studios.

Can I work anywhere in the UK
YES - our courses are governed and recognised by the appropriate organisations which means you can work anywhere in the UK

How long do I have to complete my course
We understand that with adult learning - other responsibilities can sometimes get in the way, so we recommend getting the online modules complete within 1-2 months and once you've done your face to face training get your assessment done within 1 month. Overall you have 12 months to complete & qualify before it expires.
