Hi I'm Lara, the founder of SynergiseMe. I started Synergise Me to support and mentor our learners into the industry. It's one thing to get a qualification, it's another to use it. I have been teaching classes for over 20 years and delivering courses for over 15 years and I'm super passionate about improving the quality, standards, and knowledge of our instructors in the health and wellness industry. I have been teaching fitness for over 20 years and am a group exercise manager for nuffield health. I have taught a number of classes over the years from Aqua to Zumba and everything in between; including Les mills classes. I am a tutor/assessor specialising in aqua, etm, PT, Pilates and yoga. As a mentor I can give you the confidence and tools to succeed in your chosen career .
