"I am mum, who's ambition to be a Pilates Instructor is now a reality! "

I started my Pilates Instructor Training with Synergise Me after my online training company went into liquidation. I met Lara teaching in David Lloyd and loved her style and delivery. When Lara explained she was a teacher and assessor I didn’t hesitate to sigh up to her company. I had a wealth of information from the website, face to face coaching and the ability to book a call / WhatsApp when I had a problem/question.

I qualified in 2023 after 6 months training. The process was seamless and stress free. I now teach for independent studios, David Lloyd and Nuffield Health. Thank you Lara and Synergise Me for making my ambition to become a Pilates instructor a reality. I can’t recommend this company enough.
