Take your Pilates training further with our combined Matwork and Reformer course bundle. This all-in-one pathway gives you the skills, confidence, and accredited qualifications to teach both group classes and one-to-one sessions across the UK.

✨ No Pre-Requisite: This course is designed for aspiring instructors who are brand new to the fitness industry. No previous fitness qualifications are required to enrol.

Reformer Courses

Combined Pilates Matwork & Reformer Instructor Training Course

Industry Accredited Level 3 Diploma, endorsed by Focus Awards and recognised throughout the UK This progressive training pathway begins with the full completion of the Pilates Matwork course, ensuring you build a strong foundation before advancing. Once you have successfully completed Matwork in its entirety, you will progress onto the Reformer Pilates training. By the end of the course, you will be fully equipped to safely plan, prepare, and teach both Matwork and Reformer Pilates sessions with confidence, whether in group classes or 1:1 settings, developing your own unique teaching style along the way.

Participate in Reformer & Mat Pilates classes throughout your course to develop your technique, confidence, and understanding. You'll need to log a minimum of 5 Reformer Pilates classes to receive a Reformer certification.

Assessment Journey
From your live training days, the assessment process takes approximately 4 weeks. You will submit a class plan, select your assessment date with your tutor once approved, and then practice teaching with friends and family to build confidence before your final assessment.
