You Know You Should Be Helping These Women

You're a qualified Pilates instructor. You love what you do. But when a pregnant woman asks to join your class, or a new mum books in, that confidence can suddenly disappear.

You start questioning:

  • Am I insured to support her?
  • How do I adapt for pelvic floor concerns or diastasis?
  • Is this exercise appropriate for her stage of pregnancy or recovery?

Your current qualification gave you the skills to teach Pilates — but it may not have prepared you for the unique needs of pregnant and postnatal bodies.

The Gap Between Qualified and Confident

Generic pre and postnatal courses don't always speak to Pilates instructors. Pilates is built on precision, breath, alignment and deep core connection — and your training should reflect that.

This qualification gives you the specialist knowledge to confidently adapt your teaching and support women through pregnancy and postnatal recovery.
