  • Modules:

    This is a blended learning course combining online study with live face-to-face training. You will receive a hard copy manual during your in-person training days. All online modules must be completed before attending live training to ensure you are fully prepared for your practical learning and assessment.

    Online Anatomy & Physiology Workshop

    A mandatory online workshop covering Applied Anatomy & Physiology of the body, designed to support your understanding before attending live training.

    Attend your in-person training days where you will receive your hard copy manual and learn the art of becoming a Pilates instructor.

    Assessment Journey

    From your live training days, the assessment process takes approximately 4 weeks. You will submit a class plan, select your assessment date with your tutor once approved, and then practice teaching with friends and family to build confidence before your final assessment.

All training is delivered over 2 consecutive days (Friday to Sunday).
