Pre & Post Natal Course Structure

You must hold a qualification at Level 3 standard in Personal Training | Pilates or Yoga to be able to do this course.

  • Online welcome and onboarding

  • Online Module 3.1 Exercise and the pre and postnatal client

  • Assignment: Worksheet

  • Online Module 3.2 Plan exercise for pre and postnatal clients

  • Assignment: Complete a Case Study that we give you and plan either a PT session | Pilates session | Yoga session for each trimester plus post-natal

  • Unlimited 1:1 Zoom Support

  • Open Live Sessions Starting in July 2025
