Online unit 1: Worksheet
Practical unit 2: Attend at least 3 classes with 3 different instructors in your local area
Online Unit 2: Plan a 45 minutes class for your assessment
Practical unit 2: Deliver a 45 minute session to a minimum of 6 people (this can be video or live)
You MUST already hold L2 Gym or ETM certificate to do this course. If you don't, contact us for a combined course option.
