I started my Pilates Instructor Training with Synergise Me after my online training company went into liquidation. I met Lara teaching in David Lloyd and loved her style and delivery. When Lara explained she was a teacher and assessor I didn’t hesitate to sigh up to her company. I had a wealth of information from the website, face to face coaching and the ability to book a call / WhatsApp when I had a problem/question. I qualified in 2023 after 6 months training. The process was seamless and stress free. I now teach for independent studios, David Lloyd and Nuffield, and am organising retreats for 2024. Course Structure
Our courses are blended learning. There are modules to complete online with unlimited calls to our Synergise Me tutors to support you prior to attending the training days. This is to ensure that all learners have basic understanding meaning that on the training days, we can help you expand your knowledge rather than hear it for the first time. This creates a much richer experience for all! 🌸

I have taught a number of classes over the years from Aqua to Zumba and everything in between; including Les mills classes. I am a tutor/assessor specialising in aqua, etm, PT, Pilates and yoga.

Thereafter you will incur a monthly fee of £49.99 per month until you complete your course. The course starts in January 2024.
